  • Specialty Tape Formulations1. Tetraglas (Woven Fiberglass Tape)
  • Material: Woven fiberglass tape made with Type E texturized yarns.
  • Continuous Operating Temperature: 1000°F / 540°C.
  • Chemical Resistance: Excellent resistance to most acids, alkalis, and solvents.
  • Weave Style: Available in both plain and drop wrap weave.
  • Coatings: Can be coated with Vermiculite or PTFE.
  • Option: Available in a lighter weight Industrial Grade material.

2. Tetraglas 3000 (Amorphous Silica Tape)

  • Material: Constructed from amorphous silica fibers.
  • Continuous Operating Temperature: 2000°F / 1090°C.
  • Weave Style: Available as both plain and drop warp tape.
  • Coating: Vermiculite coating can be added to increase abrasion resistance.

3. Ceramic Fiber Tape

  • Continuous Operating Temperature (Highest): 3000°F / 1649°C.
  • Construction: Woven with an insert material for added strength and durability.
  • Insert Material Options: Either glass fibers or Inconel wire.
